We lived in Bennington, Vermont for about 18 months in the mid eighties. Deb worked at a bank and met Cathy Seaton there. We became friendly with Cathy and her husband, John. Every Friday we would go to their house for pizza and cards. We moved to Burlington in the fall of 1986 and have kept in touch via a few visits, Christmas cards and Facebook.
Fast forward to this week we’re we got to spend to evenings together again! Was less stressful than the 80’s with babies and toddlers but it was as close a connection as way back then! We can not see each other for over a decade but when we are together it is as if we were never apart. Hope you all have friends like that!
